The Abruptly Ending Song needs its next chapter. I wrote a melody in a coffee shop somewhere (will try to find the notes) and I thought it might fit as the chorus. To make trying out the melody easier (and to experiment with others), I transcribed it to MIDI notes, which allowed me to change the key, tempo, arrangement etc.
I added that new melody on as the chorus and set the instruments as some nice synth patches.
The result seems to stand in it’s own right. And honestly I don’t like the new chorus as part of the original recording. So maybe this will become its own electronic version.
